The Executive Committee of the Board of Directors directs and gives guidance in matters of long range planning, budget, and policy.
The Executive Director, Chairman of the Technical Activities Committee, and Chairman of the Administrative Committee Team shall serve as nonvoting members.
Consists of the President as Chairman, the President-Elect or Immediate Past President in alternating years, the Vice President, the Secretary-Treasurer, the Executive Director, the Chairman of the Technical Activities Committee, and the Chairman of the Administrative Committee Team.
The Executive Committee is charged with appointing the Chairs and Members of the Administrative Committee Team and the Technical Activities Committee such that a balance of interest and expertise is maintained.
