Before returning your item, please review the TMS Refund Policy to ensure that your order is eligible for a refund. Returns must meet the requirements below.

  • Product is in its original packaging (e.g. shrink wrap)
  • Product is in good condition
  • Order was placed within 60 days of submitting this form (full refund of original purchase price)
  • Order was placed between 60 days and 6 months before submitting this form (15% restocking fee applies)

After submitting the form below, TMS will review your request and email you to confirm that your items are eligible for return.

TMS is not obligated to refund unauthorized returns. DO NOT return products prior to receiving approval from TMS.
