Bio/Firm Description: The NCMA Research and Development Laboratory is an ISO/IEC 17025:2017 accredited testing laboratory dedicated to the scientific testing and research of manufactured concrete products and systems. Accredited by the International Accreditation Service (IAS), the Laboratory is equipped to per form nearly any physical testing of masonry and hardscape units, assemblies, and related materials. The lab is staffed by engineers and technicians with decades of experience in the masonry industry and are available for consultation on developing a research program to demonstrate the performance characteristics of a specific material, product, or masonry system.

Formed in 1977, The Masonry Society (TMS) is an educational, scientific, and technical society dedicated to the advancement of scientific, engineering, architectural, and construction knowledge of masonry.

The Society is a not-for-profit, membership driven organization that gathers, correlates, and disseminates information for the improvement of the design, construction, manufacture, use, and maintenance of masonry products and structures.
