Mission & Scope

Review and suggest changes to the TMS Bylaws.

The Bylaws Committee is chaired by the Secretary-Treasurer and includes as members the Past-President and one other member.

Goals

  • Suggest changes to the Bylaws that will allow the Society to operate in a fair, democratic and efficient manner.

Current Activities

Bylaws changes were previously suggested and approved by the membership, allowing TMS to change its nonprofit classification from 501(c)(6) to 501(c)(3) organization.
