TMS President John Chrysler presented the 2010 President’s Award to Scott Walkowicz at  the TMS Awards Luncheon on October 16th in Bellevue, Washington.  During the presentation of the Award, Chrysler praised Walkowicz’s leadership as TMS’s Secretary/Treasurer during the recent economic recession and credited Walkowicz’s care in helping TMS through these difficult times. Chrysler noted that new tracking systems Walkowicz had created now allow TMS to more easily monitor and forecast TMS’s cash position, which has been critical during this poor economy.
