Ballot Portal Gateway Error Fix

In case you are still getting a 502 Bad Gateway error when opening the Ballot Portal, your browser likely has stored old cookies from before system updates were made.

Use the steps below to remove the old cookies:

Using Google Chrome

  • Click the 3 dots in the top right of the browser and open the Settings menu

 

 

  • Use the search bar to search for “cookies” and then select “Cookies and other site data”

  • Scroll down and select “See all cookies and site data”

  • Search for masonrysociety.org and use the trash icon to remove cookies
